推薦書の英訳

校長先生からいただいた推薦書の原稿を、英語に訳してみた。
内容は過不足なく入れたつもりだけど、参考にした例文の表現をそのまま使った部分が多いので、全体としてはありきたりになってしまったかも。
悩んでも仕方ないので、早速エージェントに送ってしまった。
添削に１週間以上かかるというので、志望書やCVも早く書かないといけないなぁ。

To Whom It May Concern,

As principal of XXX Elementary School, I am very proud to recommend YYY. XXX Elementary School is a municipal school, which has six grades with around 230 pupils. YYY was in charge of the first graders in my school from ZZZ to ZZZ. I would like to offer my highest support for her proposed study plan. 

YYY is a sincere and caring teacher. The first graders she was in charge of included many children who needed special attention. She gave appropriate guidance to them with a lot of patience while respecting each child’s feelings and desires. In teaching, she put much effort in developing effective teaching method which attracts children’s interest and enables them to acquire the basic academic skills. As she was especially skilled in English, she took leadership in improving English education in our school. She worked to serve as go-between the native English teacher, parent volunteers and other teachers to make smooth communication for better lessons.

During the year I worked with her, YYY proved herself to be a dedicated and well-trusted teacher. Whatever she did, she made steady efforts until she was satisfied with herself. And for this, she was highly esteemed and trusted by her colleagues and the parents.

Finally, I would like to express my confidence in YYY's abilities. I ensure that her teaching experiences and enthusiasm for education will be a great asset to your school and I believe that she will finish the programme with success. I greatly appreciate your favorable decision.
